Marzipan centred yeasted Xmas fruit bread originates from Germany, this recipe was passed down to me from my first ever baking mentor Phil, who received this recipe from a German baker many many years ago. I have adjusted the recipe over the years.
Contains candied fruit, dried fruit, orange, marzipan, almonds, butter, free range eggs… it will be one of the best things you will eat this Xmas.
