WHOLEGRAIN MILLING
A family-owned operation out of Gunnedah NSW, Wholegrain Milling has been pioneering organic and sustainable flour since 1978.
What started on a kitchen table has grown into one of Australia's most respected flour mills — and the ethos hasn't changed a bit. Every grain is grown by farmers who care for the long-term health of the land, then ground using traditional stone milling techniques to create flour that's nutrient-dense and full of flavour.
It's the kind of ingredient that makes a real difference in the bake.

LARD ASS BUTTER
Founded by a dairy farmer's daughter who grew up in Western Victoria surrounded by fresh milk and churned butter, Lard Ass was born from a deep Italian heritage where food was always grown and sourced locally. Made on a small scale so that flavour, texture and ingredients are never compromised, their cultured butter is single batch churned from grass-fed cream, then hand kneaded and hand wrapped. It's the kind of butter that makes everything taste better, and once you've baked with it, there's no going back.

SEVEN SEEDS COFFEE ROASTERS
Seven Seeds Coffee Roasters have been sourcing and roasting quality coffee since 2007, forming lasting relationships with exceptional producers to bring out the best in every bean. Based in Carlton, you'll also find them at their Fairfield roastery and right here at Candied Bakery. Their commitment to sustainability and transparency is something we genuinely share, and their coffee speaks for itself.

MOUNT ZERO
A family-owned olive grove sitting on the northern edge of the Grampians National Park, Mount Zero has spent over 20 years building a brand rooted in respect for the environment, for their region, and for the people who eat their food. Their grove is Demeter-certified biodynamic, powered by off-grid wind and solar, and entirely chemical-free. The olive oil we use is the real deal — pressed from Australian-grown olives and full of flavour.

CHERRY TREE ORGANICS
The Blundy family converted to organic farming 20 years ago after a moment of realisation on the farm the soil just wasn't what it used to be. That decision led to something special. Cherry Tree Downs is an organic beef and lamb farm located 165 kilometres from Melbourne in South Gippsland, renowned for its crisp air and pristine clean water. Their certified organic, 100% grass-fed meat is what goes into our slow-cooked beef — and you can taste the difference.

Jessanda is one of those suppliers that feels personal — and for us, it genuinely is. Orlando grew up in Cobram, and the Jessanda family have been part of that community for as long as he can remember. Their farm in nearby Yarroweyah is a stone's throw away, and the connection goes back long before Candied Bakery was ever a dream.
A family-run business producing the highest quality, nutritious eggs from happy, healthy chickens that graze on open pasture. It's the kind of supplier relationship that's built on trust, not just a transaction.

BAROSSA FINE FOODS
The Knoll family has been handcrafting smallgoods and charcuterie since 1924, drawing on their German heritage and traditional methods that haven't changed in four generations. They source free-range and sustainably farmed meats from across South Australia, and the quality shows. We use their cuts in our sandwiches — and once you've tasted the difference, you'll understand why.

The Burd family have been involved in farming for over 60 years, spanning three generations — farming is who they are. The Burd Eggs brand was established by Zac Burd in 2015, continuing his grandfather's legacy and his unique and passionate approach to farming. Their 100% free range hens have access to fresh country air every day, with a chook-focused approach to farming that keeps the birds as healthy and happy as can be. That care shows up in every egg we crack.

Procal is an independent Australian dairy company, collecting milk daily from Victorian farms and processing it without permeate to ensure quality and purity.
