Christmas Stollen

Marzipan-centred yeasted Xmas fruit bread originates from Germany. This recipe was passed down to me from my first-ever baking mentor, Phil, who received this recipe from a German baker many, many years ago.  I have adjusted the recipe over the years.

Contains candied fruit, dried fruit, orange, marzipan, almonds, butter, free-range eggs… it will be one of the best things you will eat this Xmas.

Pair it with your morning or afternoon coffee and/or tea.
